“Beautiful! If you want nature and peace get spots 30 to 37. There are other areas that are more social. Meaning small campsites. The nature is a very beautiful Kansas nature and it's well maintained. Facilities are very nice yet still subject to nature. Meaning you may run across creatures such as racoons and mud dabbers. The boat ramp is not bad, but it does have some of the best courtesy docks. If you like bird watching you may find some nice birds. Not guaranteed they will be there. But it's a nature lovers paradise.”

“I've been wanting to visit this place for years but one thing or another always got in the way. Last Sunday (July 10th, 2022) I finally made it out there and what an amazing experience!! From start to finish I was either smiling or laughing making my entire day just wonderful. We arrived a bit late but that's what happens when you've got a 3 month old with you. He and his daddy weren't going riding with us but daddy wanted to be there. The ladies at Storm Creek weren't upset at all over our late arrival. We arrived, signed papers, discussed which horses we would ride (they were all ready to go) and off we went! I'm pretty sure it was supposed to be a shorter ride but we were all having so much fun that we just kept going. We rode for almost 2 hours. I was rather rusty and when I was doing something incorrectly my guide would correct me in a way that didn't make me feel as if I was being corrected. It felt more like a suggestion, I never once felt looked down on. It was amazing. When we arrived back at the rescue I started to untack my horse. I started to have trouble with the cinch (I had carpal Tunnel surgery last year, my hand strength is still a mess) so I went to one of the ladies to ask for help. She smiled at me and said "That's my job, not yours!" and took over for me! So I decided to go talk to Mrs. Storm Creek, we had completely clicked earlier. It was like we had known each other for years right off the bat! So we talked more horse talk and I literally had to drag myself away or I would have had everyone else wait on me for the rest of the day. This experience was so wonderful that I'll be going out there at least every six weeks if not sooner despite the hour and a half drive! These folks make you feel like you belong there, you've always belonged there and it's wonderful to see you back home.”

“We checked into the hotel after 9pm and the hotel was almost full. The first room we went to had a very musty smell. We called the front desk to see if we could get another room. The manager, Jason, came to the room immediately. He brought an Ionizer to the room and offered us another room. The next room was much better. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy. The hotel is outdated but with managers like Jason we would definitely come back.”

“What a great place! The house has so many charming details and is very clean and comfortable. The property is gorgeous with several spots to view the river. It’s very close to Main Street and Chase State Fishing Lake where we enjoyed bringing our paddle boards. The scenic beauty was only second to John as a host, who was extremely helpful and friendly.”

The employees in Park village office staff is and are always ruid as well as maintenance. So I called Lifestyle. Darcie was so helpful. The two parks are night and day. Lifestyle living up to what was promised to us in Park Village with no results. Great job lifestyle staff. I sure hope your owners recognize your hard work and dedication to your tenants. “I have stayed there about once a month for the last year. Besides the elevator not working one time, I have never had any issues with them. You do have the normal hotel stuff to deal with. “This location was our first use of the RV stop concept. We were very pleased with the amenities and size of the pad. We felt secure overnight and the noise level next to the truck stop was very good overnight. (We were in slot 19) The bathroom, showers and laundry area were unexpectedly very nice. The location worked for us and we were ok with the cost not to have to drive so far off the hwy for a full hookup. Email confirmation and reservation process was very easy.”

“Excellent place to stay, hunt and completely enjoy the outdoors. Fairly priced with excellent value. I expected the pricing to be much higher for the experience we had. Other hunt lodges in the area cant accommodate the size of group that Steve can. Easy access and simple to find if you come in from out of town. Hard to stay away from if you live close. If you want the best semi guided hunt Steve is the Man! We first met Steve several years back and we helped him with some predator population control on his turkey hunt lease and now we hunt pheasants, quail & the occasional chukar partridge with him. Both wild birds and controlled shooting make for a fun hunt any way you like it. Irish Creek is set right in the middle of a great watershed district and there are always birds. If you don't have a great time then you have problems because Steve and his team bent over backwards to make our experience one of the best hunts of my life! Leave the wife & kids @ home and bring the guys for a great outdoors hunt lodge experience! 5 Star ✫✫✫✫✫ Positive Feedback All The Way!”

“We just went for a day trip. We used the Sunflower app. They have set toour times on Saturday and Sunday. We made it for the 11:00 tour. I love that most of the animals are able to be petted. The lady that gave the tour made sure that everyone understood how to handle the animals. You could tell she loves her job and the animals. She would share information that showed each animal's personality.”
