“Lovely well maintained park. All hookups worked well. Great location, close to kids in Olathe. Only negative is lower sites tend to hold water and with frequent recent rains, wet and muddy even with good layers of gravel. We stayed about a week and hope to stay again. Only a few sites, and full the entire time we were there.”

“I have lives here for 5 years, never wanted to live in a trailer court, it has been a mostly pleasant experience. The park is maintained, nice roads and sidewalks. The staff is very friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend to live here.”

“Kevin and Sharon have been nothing but wonderful since I moved in. Any maintenance requests were taken care of quickly. Both maintenance men that came to my home were always kind and respectful of my home. The downfall would be some neighbors and their upkeep of homes but management does a good job keeping things looking nice. We were here for 2 years and never had any major problems. The reason for 4 stars was the home was damaged upon move in and it took quite some time to get the exterior damage repaired. ????”
