Kerry Nissan Service center has great customer service. From the time I walked in until the time I left they were very thorough and efficient. I was able to drop off my car early, I received a text and an email of maintenance issues that I could have repaired if I wanted to or I could decide not to. After I replied with what I would like finished they completed the oil change that I needed. I received a text that my car was finished. When I arrived the key was ready I was able to check out with no wait. all of the employees I spoke with were very kind. The facility is very clean and welcoming. The waiting room was nice. I would definitely go back for any future needs

Kerry in Florence is the best!! They have taken the best care of me by far! I ran into a problem and they got me in ASAP and took care of everything with the best service and friendly staff that you could ask for! I am never taking my car anywhere else!
