In a previous review, I was somewhat negative about Kerry Nissan in Florence KY. My experience today after I decided to engage them in replacement of a critical engine sensor part changed all that. Stephanie and her colleagues gave the ultimate of customer service to me. Kind, respectful and caring of my concerns. When she informed me that because the engine was hot and needed to cool before working on it she said “no problem I’ll have our courtesy driver take you home and pick you up when it’s ready” they did exactly that. Exemplary complete customer care. Yes, I’ll be back for future services and recommend them to family and friends. Thank you Kerry Nissan of Florence for my experience today with you!

I was very nervous about my first time buying a car. I truthfully don’t know much about cars and wasn’t exactly sure what kind of car would be good to purchase. When I walked into Kerry Nissan I was immediately greeted by Stacey, who was so friendly. He spent hours with me answering questions and ensuring that we got a car I’d leave happy i purchased. He was very knowledgeable and extremely honest which I appreciated. Troy saw me "window shopping" on a Monday in the parking lot and approached me and made me an appointment for Saturday. I did not think I'd actually be able to get a deal done that quick. But I Worked with Troy and Mitch this weekend and they worked with me and we're able to get me into a brand new Nissan Rogue SL 2022 for a great deal!
