WHEN I FIRST MOVED HERE FROM CLEVELAND I FOUND THIS AFTER DRIVING OUT TO FAR DUE TO A GPS MALFUNCTION?
I HAVE BEEN DRIVING THE DISTANCE TO THIS V STORE EVERY SINCE..... I HAVE SOOOOOO MANY AWESOME TESTIMONIES ABOUT THIS STORE....THIS TIME SHAWN AND ANDREW WERE QUICK, PATIENT AND MOST FRIENDLY TO HELP THIS TIME WITH AN UNFORTUNATE RETURN. THIS VERIZON STORE ROCKS, AMEN SOMEBODY???
(January 16, 2020, 12:39 pm)I'm not sure I can say enough for this store the people there are great ,,,, they always have what you need and after going to 3 other Verizon stores I will never go anywhere but here, I was waited on by a fellow named Josh, who said he had worked here for 5 years,,, they were very busy, but he treated me like I was the only Customer in the whole building, I was looking for a screen protector, which they had in stock,,, and also he took the time to apply it on my phone for me,,, and it was perfect, not one air bubble, when he was done he was Courteous kind and polite and I couldn't have asked for a better sales rep ,, but I did notice they were all that way,,, don't waste your time going anywhere else to have your phone fixed or worked on,, or even to buy a new phone,,, this is the best store on mall road or anywhere as far as that goes ,,,, Thank you Verizon.
