“This is the last remaining of the Jerry‘s restaurant chain. As far as I know no others exist in the United States. Just going in for the nostalgia is worth the trip. We found the food was flavorful and they had a good assortment of items to choose on the menu. The waitress and service was friendly and they have excellent sweet tea. Our lunch was delayed due to a printer that had run out of ink so the waitress gave us all free desserts and they were all very good. I thought the cod with the breading was very tasty and I enjoyed the flavor of the breading. The broccoli casserole was also good. The chicken fried steak was exactly what you would expect and the mashed potatoes with gravy was acceptable. All in all we all agreed that it was a good meal at a reasonable price and they also have special portions for seniors at a reduced cost. So if you’re interested in visiting an iconic restaurant dating back to the early 60s this is worth a visit.”
