“This local family owned company did a fantastic job. My thermostat went out and we have a dual fuel system. Not just any stat will work. My regular company I used to use could not do it and had nothing to offer. Milburn is my new Hvac company. And after a couple of weeks the thermostat they installed had an issue. They replaced it tested everything and left me no new bill. Stuff breaks, even new stuff sometimes. I'm just glad they stand by their work and products. David and Blake were courteous and professional.”
