I saw the vehicle I wanted online, took a look at the employee directory and emailed James to ask if the vehicle was still in stock. He responded to my inquiry quickly with a yes. He proceeded to tell me that it was a busy sales day in Lexington, despite the rain. I asked what I needed to do to ensure my vehicle was there the next day when I would be able to make it to Lexington to pick it up; I was that confident that I was going to purchase. He accepted my down payment over the phone and had all of my paper work complete, just awaiting my signature and car cleaned when I arrived to pick it up from Louisville. All future purchases will be at Lexus of Lexington instead of Lexus of Louisville. I am truly a satisfied customer.”

“My husband and I recently purchased a new home not too far from this store, so when we decided to basically refurnish our entire house (bedroom suite with new mattress, 2 more bed frames with mattresses, a sectional, AND dining set), we chose to check American Freight first. We had a long list of needs, and a store associate named Jacob was EXTREMELY helpful. He kept a list of everything we chose, got us checked out, and even scheduled us later on for delivery. When our moving plans changed and we ended up needing our furniture delivered 3 weeks earlier than requested, Jacob was readily available and made it happen. He kept in touch with us throughout the delivery process and was so professional, helpful, and patient with us. I highly recommend the store as a whole, but whoever oversees everything, give that guy Jacob a RAISE!”
