“I had a wonderful birthday there! The atmosphere is so calming. There are so many pottery projects to choose from and all of their decorating tools are self serve, which is very convenient. It's located next to a chocolate shop and an ice cream place, so it's a great place for a group, family outing or a date spot. The staff are helpful, personable and sweet! Pricings are listed per item and you pick out what you want. I spent about $40 there but I got a higher than average priced item( cookie jar ). From what I saw, items range anywhere from $10 - $80, depending on the size and complexity of the object. They range from tiny items to huge platters. They have adorable seasonal items as well. I'm certainly going back!”

I contacted the store and they were SO KIND to send flowers again (no charge) the following weekend on the correct date. “I actually had a great time shopping! The ambiance is great. During checkout my cashier was so sweet and patient. However, when the cashier took out a calculator to apply my discounts… I noticed a blonde worker come up behind the cashier, (with what happened next Im assuming it was the manager) the manager proceeds to YELL “get off the phone!”. And honestly it was shocking, awkward, and embarrassing for everyone. Obviously, no one was on their phone and the lack of professionalism from a higher up is concerning for the rest of the employees. That’s the only reason I give it 4 stars but other than that it’s a great place!”
