“Not only did we receive excellent service but my husband and I witnessed the purest act of kindness from the staff there. While we were waiting for our oil change a tiny elderly lady's car was finished and she was making her way to her vehicle. The technician that brought her car around saw she was having trouble walking even with her cane. Without hesitation he came to her assistance. He NEVER left her side. Even after she was in the car. Seeing she was having trouble adjusting the seat he continued to help her get her seat to a comfortable position and with great care gentle closed the door for her. In today's world you don't see that often enough. They are the complete package at Ken Towery. Great service and above all SUPREME customer service!!!”

They would only allow one to be cashed anyways, but we are honest and if they wanted us to send it back we would of, but instead they said to just shred the second check. So we did. “Their pricing was better than others and it was less costly to rent here and have the truck for 24 hours vs a handful of hours. We were able to drop off the truck sooner even though they were closed and at our convenience. The truck was immaculately clean inside and out. We had to ask for instructions on how to pull the ramp out, etc. it is surprising they rent trucks and hand over the keys with no instructions, like avoid Storrow drive. They take a deposit and once you return and they check the mileage and gas level, they promptly refund your deposit. I would rent from them again.”

The window workers are always friendly but I often have to tell them that I'm the mobile order. Still, once that's cleared up, they usually have my correct order to me quickly. Their drive thru microphone/speaker and accents often makes it hard to understand them. It's a perfectly fine Dunkin' just anticipate mild communication hiccups!”

“We have been asking for 6 weeks to have our propane tanks moved from our old location to our new location. I call 2 or 3 times a week. Brian, our rep, does not bother to return the call. We are not even given an estimated date. I'm sure the people at our old location are enjoying the propane in the tanks that we paid for. Very frustrating. 7/7/2021 Update. In response to my review, I was contacted by the regional manager, apologizing for the lack of communication and effort. The tanks were moved within days of his call. Although I am happy the tanks have finally been moved, I won't give a 5 star review due to the effort it took.”
