Avoca Apartments

My husband and I love our apartment at Avoca. They are beautiful apartments and they have a great location. The staff at Avoca are so friendly and helpful with everything!! They have a great maintenance team as well! We highly recommend this apartment complex!

I have been living at Avoca for a few months now, and I love it!! The community is welcoming, the apartments and landscaping are beautiful, and the staff is so nice and friendly! Jordan Wells was instrumental in helping me find my new home! 10/10 would recommend!

I moved to Avoca about six weeks ago and am LOVING it! The service you receive from the leasing office and maintenance team is consistent, responsive, and at a very high-level. The amenities are fantastic and landscaping is beautiful. I live in a 1 bed/1 bath and it doesn't feel small at all. The open concept (huge kitchen!), tall ceilings, and balcony create an extremely livable space. The leasing team is working hard to create an inclusive community through resident events, like Wine Down Wednesday and social media contests, even with COVID-19 restrictions. They are well on their way to establishing a great community. Come check it out!

Avoca has been amazing! Jordan Wells was an awesome help towards my boyfriend and I finding our new home. We love our view towards the woods and all the brand new appliances. We always recommend this place to our friends who are looking for forever homes too.
We plan on staying here for a long time :)

Let me start by saying that the maintenance crew are the best I have seen in a long time. Everything was wrong got fixed within 24 hours. Management is done by cardinal group which is exceptional. They listen when issues arise. Apartments are brand new so there is nothing to complain about there. They offer 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms with different lease length starting at 6 month and up to a year. They have a small pool and excersice room. I just wish the pool was deeper than 4 ft and the excersice room was made for more than 2 people at a time. They do need to fix these two items if they can with the phase II they planning to built. Place is quit at night. I have not had any issues with any neighbors. Seems like they are all friendly and well respected people. Great place to live at if you are into renting. I do have to say thanks to Manager Amanda for providing occasional free breakfast, and some times ice cream at the club house or pool. They are even considering bringing in food trucks into the area. Finally, I can't forget to say that coffee and hot chocolate are always available at the club house with gorgeous furnishing to sit and relax if desired.
