“I have seen Dr. Louisse many times and he is very experienced as well as an extremely thorough doctor. It really disheartens me to see so many negative reviews. There is another doctor who I have seen once at this immediate care with a similar name who is awful and I can’t help but wonder if people aren’t mistaking the name?? As none of this sounds like Dr. Louisse. Please Also though- he is a doctor and the medical field can be subjective. There are articles on how many doctors prescribe antibiotics when they are not needed because patients feel they haven’t received proper care without them even when the doctor knows they should not have. They feel pressure to do so because patients demand them. I have never had Dr. Louisse not give me antibiotics when I needed them or not test me to rule out possibilities present. I stay on pubmed to stay up to date on my various health issues and I know more than many doctors I see about my health issues. Dr. Louisse knows his stuff.”

“I was In Louisville from Ga. driving a 07 Honda Pilot that had developed a severe gas leak. I stopped at the first place I passed, it being Thoroughbred Automotive. I didn’t ask the man his name but wish I had. We both thought it was a gas line. I asked if he could fix it quick. He said not quick but tomorrow. The next day he called around lunch and said something had punctured my tank and since Pilots had plastic tanks it would have to be replaced instead of repaired and he had a used one on the way. I had just filled up before the leak and he had put a pan under it to catch my gas. At 5:15 pm that evening he called and said it was done. I showed up to get it and there laid my old tank so I could see the damage. He strained the leaked gas, saving it, drained the other tank and even took my vehicle to the gas station and topped it off for me. This man is quick, very honest and was very much a pleasure to meet and work with. I was skeptical about pricing me being from out of town and more or less an emergency case but he was very reasonably priced. I am very happy with the work and his honesty. Thoroughbred Automotive and the owner are both gems. Highly recommended by me, I only wish he was in my hometown. 💎I’ve read other reviews that say the guy is cranky over the phone but he’s very busy and as far as I am aware he answers his own phone so I completely understand I can deal with cranky much better than someone nice that rips me off.”

“My oldest kiddo went here for about 4 years. And it was a great experience. She got to learn a lot from several of the teachers there who all did a fantastic job. My youngest currently goes here and has a blast. They do a lot for the children to make sure they are having a good time. They will work with your job/life scheduling to the best of their ability to make things work out for you and your family. Hands down one of the best daycares I have used.”

Yesterday, I had an appointment with personal banker, Michelle Cerna, to handle closing my deceased mom's bank accounts. “Love this location!! I usually rental 1-2 times a year and I have never had issues. They are always polite and quick with checking out the cars as well as returning them. There have been times I have shower up early to pick up and called to tell them I was running late to return and they never gave me any problems. Cars are always clean. And I usually have my deposit back within 24hrs. The longest I waited was 48hrs.”
