“I have not had the oppertunity to praise a certain individual at this store location(MAPLE HEIGHTS,OHIO) for doing such an excellent job.The day was july13th,2018.I walked in with a few concerns and questions.I had a question about my service plan and he made me aware of m plan,let me know what was abailable and recommended that I stay on my current plan because it was in my best interests.He did not try to talk me into my plan just to boost sales.😊 I then had a few questions about my device and needed a new screen protector and case.He replaced my screen protector promptly and efficiently and hen helped me choose a case,which I NOW am damn glad I have the one he recommended.Without having me to ask him,he went right to work and put it on instantly.He pointed out a little detail about the case that I said I probably would not use,but now I use it all the time.Overall,the customer service was above and beyond excellent! I would definitely recommend this store based on my treatment! The associate's is BRANKO ! I do not have a last name for him.Great service experience all around! “A little more expensive than other companies; however, the salesman, Tom Bush, knew the products and had a vision for my dilemma. I replaced a set of French doors leading to my deck with a standard size door and window. The other companies that came to give an estimate had no samples and were not able to do the project as I wanted, since their products are not custom made. Tom made my request a reality. Everything happened within the time frame he promised. When the two gentlemen came to install the new door and window, they were just as great as the salesman. I am so happy I decided to use Gilkey Windows. As an added bonus, my monthly electric bill has improved too. I would not hesitate to use Gilkey Windows in the future. Just had my front door and storm door installed on Jan. 14, 2021. It is beautiful and Steven Long was the best installer ever. Very precise with installation and very professional. He cleaned everything up before he left; you would never know he had been there. Excellent service, excellent employees.”
