The tires still have ample tread and are not in need of replacement. No reference to the tire replacement recommendation was on my service order. The basic service was performed on time and without any issues. In my experience, service has never been an issue with Bluegrass Audi. Maintenance is performed on time and correct the first time.”

Shower was fine and full size shampoo and conditioner and shower gel is provided. Towels were big thick and clean. Breakfast is real good. Lots of choices and coffee good and strong. “I have been working the last couple days to get my brakes fixed. Typically a family member does My repairs, but due to medical issues they were unable to work on them this time. Every where I went for an estimate or to schedule an appointment I felt as if I was being taken advantage of. Each time, calling the family member to get their opinion of the price etc. This place was super fast and the cost was more than half of what the other places were wanting to charge. I came in within 20 min of talking To them. Been sitting here watch them do the work. I haven't even drove my vehicle yet, but with every customer that walks in, I know I’ll be satisfied. I never write reviews. But I felt like this will be the Exception to my rule. I’ll def be back if the time comes again.”
