“Great place overall, but in the Immediate Care part, it depends on who you get. It may come across as odd or seemingly racist, but the foreign doctors, both women and men, who rotate in here have zero patience with patients. They hear symptoms, they are done listening and prescribe generic treatments. Very generic. In a sometimes (not always by any means) fashion.”

“There seems to be a lot of misinformation between the different departments. There is as little communication to me directly about what was going on. After surgery I was to stay the night. But I camped out for 6 hours downstairs in a private area of recovery. No one told me I was waiting for a room. Surgery staff was outstanding and amazing before and after surgery. Just more communication. My nurses and aids were kind and patient after I got to my room. They were quick to respond if I needed something. I was surprised how quiet it was. Let’s just say you are better off to order Panera for delivery to your room. Food cold. Bread moldy. Food orders not right but I’m not sure any hospital has a good food service I thought everyone was kind and nice. Just prefer Morton’s women and children a bit more.”

I was in a rush to get my hemo up because of an upcoming surgery and she accommodated me expeditiously and was very interacting and informative throughout the whole process! “I started doing allergy shots over a year ago. I go once a week and I'm in and out within a few minutes. It makes it so convenient. When I do need to see the doctor, I'm always happy with them. They're patient with me and answers all my questions in details. I don't need to be seen for another year. Which is nice. Because some doctors will try to make you come every few months just to make money.”

“This place is great! They are so fast and friendly. The food is absolutely delicious! Prices aren't too bad either... You get a lot for your money. I ordered a bunch of Nachos, Quesadillas, a Prime Rib Sandwich, French Fries and Bread Sticks online and my order was ready to pick up in less than 15 minutes. I will definitely be ordering from them again very soon! (Although, Y'all do need a new Greeter... He gawked at me and it was like he didn't understand anything I said. He was quite rude in my opinion. I won't hold that all against you though because I know how hard it is to find good help nowadays.)”
