“I have not had the oppertunity to praise a certain individual at this store location(MAPLE HEIGHTS,OHIO) for doing such an excellent job.The day was july13th,2018.I walked in with a few concerns and questions.I had a question about my service plan and he made me aware of m plan,let me know what was abailable and recommended that I stay on my current plan because it was in my best interests.He did not try to talk me into my plan just to boost sales.😊 I then had a few questions about my device and needed a new screen protector and case.He replaced my screen protector promptly and efficiently and hen helped me choose a case,which I NOW am damn glad I have the one he recommended.Without having me to ask him,he went right to work and put it on instantly.He pointed out a little detail about the case that I said I probably would not use,but now I use it all the time.Overall,the customer service was above and beyond excellent! Someone else may have told me that I needed to have guitar replaced Goodyear found the screw that was in tire and said it could be repaired. I would highly recommend Goodyear on Bardstown Road in the Gardiner Lane shopping center to anyone that needs any work done on their vehicles as well as any tires.”

“This location of Crossroads IGA is more than just a convenience store. It's more like a convenience store+. It's also a legitimate grocery store. It's also a Subway. It's also a Shell gas station (one of the few left in the greater Louisville area, I might add.) It's also in a great location, given it's proximity between the Gene Snyder and J-town. I'm always surprised by just how big it is and what they carry. Surprisingly the prices are not convenience store prices on most items and they're generally well stocked. They do a great job of keeping the customer areas clean, even in wet, snowy weather. I've eaten at the Subway a number of times and never been disappointed. Being one of the few remaining Shell stations (I tend to be a loyalist) brings me here on a weekly basis. While most of the Shell stations have converted to Circle K, I'm hoping this one stays.”
