“One of the Seneca staff saved my miniature schnauzer Mellie when she got loose from the yard after the storms. This is why I switched vets. Seneca staff make it easy to schedule appointments, let me stay in the room with my girls while they were getting shots and blood drawn, and the vet techs spoiled my girls with pets to keep them calm. Dr. Brinks is very personable and gives me lots of detailed info and options for the care of my girls. Results from bloodwork came back super quick! I'm glad I made the switch to Seneca!”

Let me just say, I never write reviews but I am compelled to scream from the rooftops how GREAT this vet office is after yet another visit and reminder of how they stand above the rest! I can't say enough about the care, compassion and empathy that Dr Robertson and her staff have shown me and my pets over the years. My furry friends have had several ailments that other "big vet clinics" in Louisville (you probably all know the ones I'm talking about) either misdiagnosed or flatly refused to treat. In stepped Dr Robertson and her team of incredibly talented doctors and staff. They kindly took the time to truly understand my concerns, appropriately diagnose the issue and walk through treatment options. Unlike other clinics that make you wait hours and then spend two minutes with you, spending the entire time with their head in a clipboard; the wonderful people at Bannon Woods take their time to explain everything and are so very kind to my pups while doing so. From my understanding it is a family run business but the amenities and state of the art medical devices/tools they have are second to none and compare to, if not surpass, any large city vet chain I've been to in the past. "Cutting edge care" tucked away in a country setting in Fairdale. I've since moved far away from the practice but will never go to another vet office. I now drive 40 minutes from Prospect to visit Bannon Woods. If you love your fur children, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! Pictured is my pup Teddy after his latest check up.”

“Wow. My family came in with 21 people, and the staff was BEYOND helpful and fast with making sure we had silverware, napkins, all our drinks, extra water. Our order came out so quickly as well, which shows how well they handled the volume. The pizza was so delicious. I tried everything on the menu, and nothing disappointed me. I love the wood fired crunchiness of the crust. My favorite is the Florenza. I was so surprised at how much I loved the Thai Pizza, and I appreciate how different it is. You cannot go wrong with anything on this menu. Go eat here. Also, the wine from South Africa from their wine list is one of the best wines I have had in a while. If you're unsure about portion of a pizza, I feel their pizza feeds 1-2 people. I have easily eaten an entire one when full. And can share one when not too hungry. This place is an order first, and then seat yourself and food is brought out kind of place. There is a second floor seating area.”

“I loved the classes. The instructor, Lex is awesome & makes you feel at ease. I started the class with no preconceived notions & followed along with instructions given by Lex. Before I knew it, everything started to come together and I was getting it and correctly producing multiple cocktails. I'm a person who started this class "later in life" (59) but was able to catch on and thrive. I highly recommend this class to anyone, regardless of your age or life experiences. “I found William Callihan, the owner back in 2006 when i needed a Radar mount for my 30 foot sportcraft. I wanted something that would hold the spotlight, GPS, Anchor light, and Simrad Radar. I wanted the anchor light held directly above the horns already mounted. I gave the measurements to him over the phone. He called back an hour later with a price. $300 bucks, keep in mind this was 2006! That was a deal! I ordered it, it arrived very well packed four days later. I mounted it on the boat in 2006. It is still on the boat, working great 13 years later! The paint is still perfect! We have put about 3,000 hours on the boat since installation with no problems or issues! Fast forward to 2019. I needed another mount for my other boat. Called the number from 2006, sure enough Bill answered again. Prices have gone up a little, but he is still about 1/2 what the local fab shop wanted! He is nice to talk to, and actually explains answers in a nice manner. Not something i can say for the local shops to me in Florida. I ordered the radar mount with GPS antenna and Steaming light and anchor light. It shipped three days later, and i received it the fifth day. Again, very well packaged. I installed it 7 days after i called Bill. It was perfect, everything fit exactly as promised and it looks great. It was designed exactly to spec and I highly recommend his work! Call him and tell him what you want, even if you cannot find anyone else that has it off the shelf. He will build it at a reasonable rate and hand it to the UPS guy a week later!”

“I read the reviews here, and even had a first hand person tell me not to move in here. I was very anti moving here at first but me and my husband made the choice that not everyone's experience will be the same and we have found that the NOTHING we were told has been true. Our apartment is VERY clean, smells wonderful, every week someone comes and cleans the hallways, Mel in the office has been positive and helpful and truly cares about our experience in our home. He was very quick with getting us approved and moved in and very upfront about the prices from the start. Our heat was not working from where it hadn't been used all summer and they were out the same hour to fix it with smiles on their faces while being here they made sure to let us know that they want to help and want to be there if we need them. The day after the work order was put in management called to assure the problem was fixed and make sure we were satisfied. All staff is new and being dealt a hand they didn't break but are fixing it into something truly wonderful. I found a place i'm proud to call home. Please don't let the negative reviews steer you away. I have never once made a review on ANYTHING but this place doesn't deserve the rep it's getting and it deserved some light shed on it. My husband and myself could not be happier with the experience we have had and i'm sure will continue to have. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to make their own.”

“Volunteers of America Mid-States serves more than 20,000 individuals through 42 unique programs. Part of our work and expansion this year has been implementing Electronic Health Records. We went live in May of 2018 with EHR. As is not unusual, this proved to be a challenging transition for us as an organization. In April of 2019 we began to work with Altruis to manage our claims and provide solutions for improvement across the organization. From the beginning, Altruis was able to process clean claims and have been able to stay current on all billing claims. Altruis was also able to manage many denied claims and continues to work on getting old denials approved. We are very pleased with their commitment to our mission and for their help in increasing our efficiency and effectiveness.
