I have had a great experience with Uni-Tech. I am able to contact the office easily. They come in a timely manner and fix any termite sightings. I am very satisfied with the customer service! Their rates are reasonable!

Steve was on time and friendly. He did an efficient job and explained our need. The only reason we give him 4 stars is because we had to place 4 separate calls over 7 days before we received a response. But we would recommend his services.

Roger Pierce is the best! He provides very professional services and good warranty. Today Sean Moede arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and was soon joined my Steve Wells and Roger. They did an excellent job on our whole house termite treatment. We are very happy with their service, price and warranty.

This company was great to work with! Roger did our initial inspection and provided us with a couple different options to choose from which allowed us to find something within our budget, very important during this time of increased inflation! This was just one of the things that set Uni-Tech apart from other pest control companies that we requested estimates from. Roger was more thorough in his inspection than the other companies, and the warranty offered is longer than that of the others we met with too. They were on time, professional, and overall a great experience!

Probably one of the best experiences we've had with a service company. Steve was honest and upfront about our termite concerns. He took time to explain his approach and recommendation. By the time we were done with the inspection, we signed up for the ongoing pest control. My experience with the front office was smooth and quick. They were pleasant and helpful We love supporting small business where people treat you right! Don't hesitate to call them if you have any pest control needs.

The Avenue staff and maintenance department have been the best that I have had the pleasure of knowing. The complex is kept neat and clean My AC went out and the maintenance department installed floor model AC units to help out till the parts arrived to fix it. Elizabeth called to keep me up to date on the status of the repairs and the problem was fixed in a short period of time. I have lived in several apartments in Lexington and I have to say that this staff are the best.

The staff here is super friendly and always extremely helpful! Elizabeth is absolutely amazing and will help you in anyway!
