“Extremely pleased with Chris Hollon Construction. I was nervous outsourcing work for the first time in a house. I initially did the framing myself for a basement finishing and realized I was in over my head. Chris came out, pointed out some key pieces, and got me a rough estimate quote right away. We later met at his office and went through the final itemized total and really was a very reasonable price and time line. All of the workers with Chris were punctual, polite, and did a phenomenal job. Everyone treated the job like it was their own home and the quality showed! Again, I was nervous trying to pick folks after my parents and friends have all had bad experiences of poor work or people taking the money and running. EVERY aspect of the interaction with Chris and his team made me feel comfortable with the process. I would 100% use Chris Hollon again. Hopefully doing a deck this summer or next!”

“Neiheisel plumbing exceeded all of my expectations! I recently called them about an issue with 2 of our toilets. They came to my house promptly and diagnosed/fixed the issue in under an hour. Extremely friendly guys as well. Anytime in the past that I’ve needed work done on anything in my home, it is stressful, but the Neiheisel team made this experience quick and easy! “My reservation unfolded in three phases. All three phases were quick, efficient, and done with kindness. I called the new customer number and talked to a woman who was kind and directed me to call Heather. Heather greeted me and set me up with the desired unit. I told her I would come in the next day to get things squared away. Heather was sweet and professional and told me that Ramon would be there when I arrived to Extra Space to take care of me. On The move-in day, Ramon was patient and informative. He took the time to show me the unit and to answer all of my questions. Another customer came in as we were finalizing everything. Ramon acknowledged the new customer and finished up the process with me. The awareness, politeness, and overall customer service demonstrated by the employees was awesome. The property was clean and one can tell that it is managed properly. To anyone who has storage needs, you must check out Extra Space storage first and see what you think.
