“The girl at the front desk was very helpful but the appointment I secured the night before at the kiosk was now not available. I had no choice but to come back in the afternoon. They were very apologetic. I went into the store to go shopping and they called me within 5 minutes and said that they could squeeze me in since the next appointment hadn't arrived yet. I don't think the computer malfunction was their fault so I was very happy they were able to squeeze me in!”

“This place has been amazing! They’ve helped me through my pregnancy and made me so much more confident and ready to be my sons Momma! They’ve become a second family to us. You would not regret giving them a call. Every single person there has such a kind, understanding, and judgement free heart. They make sure to focus on the positive and provide the resources and knowledge needed to make successful parents, along with other helpful resources for the alternative options as well! They help with so many things. You can get a free pregnancy test and ultrasound to begin, they provide you with so many supplies for a little one on the way or yourself along your pregnancy journey, they even have weekly parenting classes for 14 weeks and each week you earn a free pack of diapers! On the 7th week you get a car seat or a gift card and the 14th week you get a crib or a gift card! My son is a week old and I’ve already used some of the knowledge the classes have taught me. The cool thing is once baby is born it doesn’t stop there! They also have monthly appointments once baby is here. You can get diapers, wipes, formula, clothing, and soo much more than you can imagine! Thank you so much New Hope! You are so appreciated! :)”

“My mother was at Villaspring Care Facility Erlanger Ky with St. Elizabeth hospice services between March 7th 2023 and March 13th 2023 when she went to be with the Lord. From the time we met with Peyton, the admission liaison for Villa until my mom passed truly was the best experience we could have asked for. My mom was well cared for by the nursing staff. Remarkably mother was able to participate in a few of the activities (God bless the activity leader) and she thoroughly enjoyed her time in Wednesday Bible study with Jim. Mom seemed happy and at peace her entire stay. We felt confident in her care team which allowed us a family to simply enjoy her. Thanks and God's blessings to all the Villa Care Team!”

“Holy cow is this place huge and impressive! It sits on top of a huge hill by it's lonesome to let everyone know that they are there. Staff is super friendly. I've been to countless different PF's across the country in the last 3 years and this was the only PF where the staff who recognized I was a out of towner offered a tour of the gym. Very nice touch and made me feel welcomed. This is definitely one of the largest PF's in the country with huge swaths of space. If you seem yourself as introverted, this place has so much space that even when it's packed, you can find a area by your lonesome to workout unbothered. Now I do want to rate this place 5* and it kinda pains me to give it *4 but the bathrooms and locker room weren't clean. Other than that, great gym!”
