“As someone who has tried lots of workouts at lots of gyms I can confidently say that this is the best gym experience in the Greater Cincinnati/NKY area. I am only 3 weeks in but I've never felt as good about a gym before. I feel really supported and empowered and everyone is so nice and respectful--and that hasn't always been my experience. I really appreciate that the trainers don't act like I can't do something because I'm a woman or because I'm new--it really makes me feel like I CAN do this and stick with it! And, I know this may be weird, but I really appreciate that the music isn't hardcore metal. 😂 It may seem little but it makes it feel like I belong there. With a focus on building you up, not tearing you down, and a lot of intentional skill building I am already seeing results physically, but even more growth mentally. I highly recommend Nate and his team!”
