His heart and soul are poured into what is the best for his clients. Every workout posted comes with tips, videos, and written notes in ADDITION to the workout posted. The workouts are hard yet rewarding. NOT just an afterthought of 50 wall balls, 400 m run and mountain climbers. Hands down the BEST trainers in the area. There is a variety of personalities with the same impact. Each trainer assists to show the proper movements to avoid injury. They are actively engaged with the class while encouraging everyone to succeed with a little fun. While Cygnus is growing in membership it is NOT giving anything up in quality or equipment. The owner makes sure we have what we need and more. He invests non stop in new equipment and just obtained a bigger facility! The people who are fellow Crossfitters here. “Josh is amazing. I contacted him about personal training in March because I needed to get in shape for a fitness test and he has got me to where I need within a couple months. He has a personal training that is personalized to your needs and also writes down what you did on this day and then revisits that same workout a couple weeks later and tells you how much you have improved. Josh makes sure you won’t get bored with the workouts because it is always something new. I would recommend Josh for personal training to anyone who wants to better themselves and achieve their goals they want.”

“Update: We have been living here for a year and we love it. The small cottage life is right for our family. The Landlady LaTonya is very nice and funny. Our two bedroom cottage has had only one problem since we moved in. The toilet leaked but they fixed it that day. Can’t complain about our home. Many people gave this place a bad name but new management and Landlady LaTonya cleaned house and evicted a lot of people who dragged it down. She has cleaned up the place and made it a livelier place to live. The cottages are old, built in the 50’s. They ain’t got all the amenities that most new places have. But it has more than what you’d get in an apartment. A big yard, decorate to your taste, and allows pets. A house with no neighbors living above you or right next door. Every house gets a trashcan and there is no Dumpster (Yay). When I hear or see people say this place is ran by slum lords. I believe its people that lived here before LaTonya took over or some of the people she had to evict. The problem here is not the Owners. You gotta take care of your own yard and use an air conditioner and bring your own appliances. But in the long run, it’s basically like buying your own home. If you don’t clean it and let it go and your filthy and don’t do anything to change your habits for the better. Then its your fault your house is condemned. Not the Mortgage place. Not the city. So why would the Landlord-Landlady be responsible for cleaning up after you or keep letting you destroy the place and say things like (they are slumlords) when you never lifted a finger to do anything when was here. It p*ss’s me off to see grown a** children complaining about a good place just because they was the ones bringing it down.”

“Clean for a truck stop. Employees courteous. Seems to be a favorite stop for large vehicles with huge trailers and RVs. Aren't they supposed to go to the truckers side for gas? It was difficult for me to squeeze my little ole car in, but finally did. Otherwise uneventful.”
