“I've had some bad healthcare experiences maybe I came on a really good day but the front desk was very attentive and helpful and the doctor herself was knowledgeable and friendly. She explained things in laymen's terms without feeling like she was talking down to me which is always a plus. I'm not sure how this place has bad reviews aside for the fact it's always busy and appointments can be scarce at times. Their lunch times throw me off I've been here a time or two before but I finally got in today for some poison ivy treatment and it was quick and to the point they even offered to write a drs note if I needed it for work ! I went to urgent care down the street from here in Richmond and it was a heinous experience. I'll definitely be frequenting this clinic more often. Thank you!”
