I feel like I got my life back!!! I’m walking better and my back stopped hurting!! I’m grateful!

I’ve been coming to R&R for quite some time now. During my pregnancy/after and my son also getting adjusted. Everyone is super friendly! Highly recommend.

I started going to Dr. Josh a few months ago. I was having major neck and shoulder pain. I was losing mobility in my left arm. I have spinal stenosis and degenerate bone disease. Getting spinal injections. I don’t think I need the injections anymore! Taking several pain medicines. I wasn’t able to hardly make it through the day the pain was so bad at times. Now I have hardly any pain. I only take arthritis meds. I am so thankful to them. They are all so nice and friendly. I recommend them whenever I can. I can’t thank them enough!

Before going to revive and restore I was bed riden for four months, having to learn how to walk again and using my arms and hands, Dr Josh has made miraculous improvements to my life by doing several adjustments. I'm am now walking better and have greater movement in my hands and arms. I would recommend anyone that is having complications with neck back legs or feet to go see them, they are very thorough and upfront with you if they can help. Best decision I made.
