Umami Sushi

Food was OK… We got the beef fried rice, miso, ginger salads, and the Baha Cali roll. Servers were also ok but nothing more than putting items down, no smiles, no convo… the rules for a really good size and the salad was fresh. The ambience Leaves a little bit to be desired but the prices were decent. Not sure we would come back here but since it’s kind of close to our house, maybe we will.

I loved our visit even if my wallet didn't. I felt like most of the food was worth it, though I have to say the nebeyaki hotpot didn't have as much flavor in the broth as I would have liked. I'm putting it down to a cultural difference and out of respect to the restaurant's authenticity I'm not taking points off for that. Bulgogi is a must have with tender sweet meat and a variety of healthy veggies!
