Friendly and honest people!
I inquired online and even though it was 8pm, Ben still called me and spoke with me for a good while about the issue we were having and gave honest feedback! Something else I liked — he was VERY upfront about pricing and the pricing didn’t change once like most companies do!
We have a new build and had some mice get in that we wanted gone of course! He was able to come out a few days later, very informative the whole time, and best of all he resolved the issue we were having!
We even purchased a yearly pest service from him because we live on a farm that’s full of bugs - eek!

We live in a wooded area with plenty of wild life and after finding ticks on our toddler this season I called looking for treatments. I immediately reached Ben, who was very thorough on explaining the services offered. Shortly after the call ended, he called me back from my property to give me the full proposal on the best treatment plan and and put me on the schedule. I plan to update this review once the treatment is applied and I see a decrease in outdoor pests like ticks, fleas, and mosquitos. I'm giving them 5/5 right now simply for the customer service and I honestly do not expect this to change after the product has been applied and had time to take affect for the season. It will be worth your time and money to inquire with Precision before committing to another company. I'm glad I did. Thanks so much, Ben!
Ben and his team do a fantastic job. We've been using the quarterly pest treatments for probably the past decade or so and recently added the mosquito services. I've referred them to many friends and family because I know they stand behind their product and service. In between treatments, if I have any issues, I text or call Ben and he promptly follows up to retreat those problem areas.
