He was able to come out a few days later, very informative the whole time, and best of all he resolved the issue we were having! Bought another Fusion, 2014 with 148K miles with the transmission not working, took it straight to Rob and Barb. Car was repaired in a timely manner and came in on budget. Very easy to communicate with and both are very professional. When picking up the car, Rob was very informative and we discussed the work that was completed. You can tell Rob is passionate about the work he performs, and it shows in the quality of work he puts out. This is the only transmission shop I would use. 100% recommend!”
