(October 11, 2021, 11:17 am)Great coaches and a friendly atmosphere! I'm over 40 and have never done martial arts so I wasn't sure what to expect when I started. But there are no egos or attitudes here. Everybody is here to learn, get some exercise, and have fun. I highly recommend.

(April 21, 2021, 9:57 am)Great facility with a long history of high performing and winning fighters. The owner allowed us to begin hosting Sumo wrestling practice at this facility and the response has been great. Class act with a deep respect for martial arts. If you're looking to better yourself through combat sports, you will find something great here.
