Seldom Scene Farm

Just finished a 3 night stay. What an absolutely beautiful property, from the cottage to the vast amount of acreage. Great communication from the hosts and just a great experience overall. Would highly recommend a stay here!!

Great location for taking part in the Kentucky bourbon tour. Also close to some impressive horse farms. The cabin was beautifully restored and in great shape. The hosts were very accommodating and I would recommend this place for anyone staying in the Lexington or Louisville area

We booked for Christmas Eve and Christmas night to get a nice break and be away from the commotion. I am so glad we did. The place was really perfect. We loved the kitchen layout and cooked some fancy meals. The renovation of the cabin was first class and everything worked great. It is super quiet out there. No highway noise at all! The property is nice and the stroll on the river trail was an easy walk. The hosts are super nice and helpful too. If you are looking for a bit of a higher end experience this is for you. There is enough space for a family get together. Oh and there is outdoor furniture and a fire pit so in spring and fall would be nice to sit outside and enjoy nature.

Absolutely gorgeous place! The hosts are very accommodating and friendly. They have some animals - chickens, sheep, goats, an alpaca - that hang around to keep you company. It's only minutes from 2 major distilleries that are fantastic to tour as well as a really nice locally owned restaurant. A beautiful spot to get away to!
