“On a cross-country road trip with four small kids when my check engine light came on. I was recommended Octane by a towing service. I explained to them the urgency of our situation, and I was so relieved to find that they would be able to see us right away. This was a Godsend to six out-of-towners, including a very tired baby. Within about an hour, we were on the road again. The gentlemen helping us were professional and friendly, and they were patient with four impatient kids and their parents. “This place was amazing we were on our way from Michigan to Florida and ran into some trouble they towed us and got us up and going.very quick and very affordable we barely had enough money and they made it work they also drove us to a hotel and picked us up when our car was done the next morning and i know this sounds crazy but they gave us $20 towards our hotel talk about southern hospitality when we first called them we were on the highway broke down and they said about 45 min to come tow us they were there in 20 min tops long story short we could continue our trip and it was all because of these great people. Also another side note when I got back home I called my usual mechanic and told him what I got done and just out of curiosity asked him what it would have cost me with parts and labor and he said about $1,200 dollars we walked out of there including a 50 dollar tow $440 dollars so i definitely recommend this place”

“Placed my appointment online and showed up 15 minutes early. Pulled up and pulled right in. The whole store was spotless and very clean, The restrooms were very clean and nice. A very nice waiting area with tables and chairs and some softer over by the TV with plenty of room. The staff was very friendly and asked if I need anything which customer service was great. They never question why a Chevy owner would be doing at a Ford dealership lol. Well to answer that is that Nick at Knox Ford sold it to me and told me to take it to Tri-County. I can't say anything bad about Tri county Ford the only bad thing was the drive, 71 and Gene Snyder are both messed up. Thank you for the service, I will be using you from now on. Oh and.....BTW...... That is a sweet looking Shelby GT on the floor”

“Reece Service Center is a reliable business that I have come to trust over the past few years living in the neighborhood. I have had a very positive experience with all work they have done on my vehicle. Recently, I had a part recalled and had to take my car to the dealership to get the recalled part replaced. While there, they gave my car a "courtesy check up" and brought me a list of items that required repair, including a "crack in the engine mount." I was told this could cause a lot of damage to my car if not repaired right away and they recommended having it done on the spot at a cost of $325. I declined and scheduled an appointment with Reece's. When I picked up my car from Reece's, I was told that 3 different mechanics looked at my car and someone drove my car and NO CRACK WHATSOEVER was found in the engine mount. The charge for this thorough check was $0. This information felt like such a gift to know that my car is safe and no repairs are needed. I am very grateful that I have found a reliable, trustworthy service center for my car; I HIGHLY recommend Reece's.”

Glenn Johnson was really nice and professional while giving my estimate, and was upfront about everything, from the different options available to the possibility of the paint drying a slightly different shade (not even noticeable after I got my car back). The service was very speedy, and what's more, my cost of repairs was over $100 less than the estimates Scotty Dunn and Sonny Dunn body shops had given me.
