“Made a visit to Mavis in Zachary, LA on 11/19/20. I had a nail in the sidewall of one of my tires, which means it needed to be replaced. Rob was very attentive, and I picked the lower cost option of two. Wound up that they gave me an upgrade for a better tire as they were out-of-stock with the original choice, and did not charge me extra. Michael, Rob and the whole crew were very polite and expedient. The facility was clean and comfortable. Thank you Mavis Tire of Zachary, LA. I will return when I have future needs regarding tires.”

“I showed up 11:00 on a Saturday to get an inspection, oil change & tire rotation. They close at 11:30. I know right! The lady let me know I could get all except the tire rotation. Sweet! Well, she went to give them my keys & came back to tell me they had time to do everything. Thank you! While I waited 4 more customers came in. They serviced 2 more & turned away the 2 inspections. They were great! The guy that worked on my vehicle let me know I needed to get new front brakes soon & to not put it off too long. Will be a regular customer for sure ?. Good people!”
