“We were visiting family BR and my husband needed a suit jacket quickly for a very important, last minute meeting in New York the next week. He tried other shops and no one would call him back or would say, “come back in an hour” but wouldn’t be there when we returned. We showed up at the Mc Lavy shop mid afternoon on Friday and we were greeted with a warm smile and prompt service. Their inventory offered a wide variety of price points and quality. Best part, we asked for expedited tailoring and we got the jacket back within 24 hours. This is a one-owner shop that has been around since 1979.
