“Love! I did a tour back in December 2021 and Immediately signed up after getting feedback from the neighborhood page. I had a knee injury that prevented me from doing most workouts but I got a private lessons with Cheryl and she’s gotten be almost 100%! The gym could definitely use an update but they have machines that have stood the test of time and a few new machines scattered throughout. My husband loves the weight room and the place is so big that I can work out without feeling like I’m being watched/judged. All of the employees have been super friendly and the daycare allows me to let my kid have fun while I burn some calories. Also, they have an indoor pool that’s open all week!”
