“I don’t normally write reviews, in fact this is the first one I have ever written but the employees working here were so nice and so helpful they made a lasting impression on me that it needed to be noticed. I went to the store yesterday, during the holiday season, to find some Christmas lights that my mother had just bought that she was raving about. The employee working had remembered my mother and what she bought and helped me find exactly what I needed. Another man came to check me out and they were both so happy to help me and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. Good customer service always leaves me with a smile. It really did impact my entire experience and I left in a great mood. I will definitely be back and I have already been referring my friends and colleagues to this establishment. Really great guys! “Location is always clean, well-stocked with a variety of good product options & also tends to have new, unique, higher quality products that Ive never seen or aren't available at other locations. For the most part the staff are always friendly, helpful, patient, & knowledgeable. The only reasons I've given 4 rather than 5 stars are that the checkout experience tends to be extremely slow & they often only have one register open even when the line becomes badly backed up, though this is probably not the fault of the employees and moreso due to understaffing MOST days. The second reason for this is one employee, who I believe is also a manager, & her bad attitude.”

“Ms. Penny was so helpful and very patient with us. She helped me on two separate occasions as I was searching for the perfect chairs. She was so kind and professional. She was not pushy or overbearing but gave us space to relax and test out the chairs while also being available to answer our questions. Once we finally decided on our chairs, she continued to be patient as I went back and forth trying to decide fabric colors! I can't wait for our two recliners to be delivered! We will need to purchase a couch in the near future and we will definitely do that here!”
