“Don’t use ANYONE else!! I have used many plumbers over the years. None have ever provided the top notch service B & D plumbing did. Recently, we were in the middle of pouring a parking lot, and ran into some major issues with the entire Sewage and water system. Faye and Byron had two service technicians on site within an hour. Work began immediately. They were able to accomplish in two days, what would’ve taken others weeks. They worked nonstop, showed up early in the morning and worked till late in the afternoon. Their communication during the repairs was superb. They were able to keep the concrete job on schedule and save us an absolute plumbing nightmare, after the concrete had already been poured. The technicians, Paul and Michael were very experienced. They knew what they were doing and when they ran into an unexpected problem, they knew how to fix it. I truly cannot say enough about Paul, Michael, Byron, or Faye, the office manager. They care about their customers, and they definitely exceeded my expectations by a mile!!! “We have had these guys out several times for services we needed since we bought this house. We had a shower leaking into the garage, another leak into the basement bathroom, and to have a valve installed for the water to our fridge. Every time we have gotten really professional workers out the knew exactly what they were doing. The prices we paid seemed fair also. The guys were very good at explaining everything they were doing and why. I don't think I would call anyone else if they can do it here (and so far they have done everything we've needed). We got lucky when we called them first.”

“We had a leak in my daughter's bedroom. Mr. Terry promptly came to my house and performed the leak test. His plumber Mr. Troy came within a few days to fix the problem. It took them a couple of days to take care of all of it. It was a tough job but Mr. Troy worked through it with a great attitude and dealt with me with utmost professionalism. Through all that at the end the supply line of a bathroom sink blew out and Mr. Troy got it fixed immediately. This was after them being at the job nonstop for 6 hours. I am very impressed at the service and a BIG thanks to Mr. Terry for taking care of me and doing right by me. Also .... thank you Ms. Rhonda for taking my thousand phone calls and being so ultra sweet and helpful!”

( that should teach me to DIY a little less) It turned out our valves were pretty antiquated. Even though it was obviously very short notice, Jimmy prioritized our problem and worked very hard to get it all fixed in a timely fashion. He did not overcharge me for the trouble. We’re very thankful for the work Jimmy and his son did to get us our water back on.”
