(October 9, 2020, 9:55 am)I stayed here for eleven months while working in the area. It’s very well kept and always quiet. They also have a free laundry that residents can use for no charge.
I will definitely return next time I have a project in the area.
(February 13, 2020, 9:11 pm)Nice paved spots to park on. We stayed here for almost a year. Pet friendly. Laundry facility free to use. Very well jept clean. Management was always doing sonething to improve the place. Quiet meaning no loud music or loud noises my Grand daughter came down for 2 months very close to Zachary maybe 10 minutes which has splash pad free also and a awesome park. Noce quiet and clean park. We will be coming back again

Great price, free laundry, paved roads, most lots are paved, pretty well maintained, and not in the center of town but also not far from town. Easy access to baton rouge via 61 to I 110. Owner is helpful and a nice guy. Definitely recommend.
