“I go here and see nurse practitioner Mallory Bankston and she is so amazing. It was my first appointment and I was having a really rough morning and she spent a long time talking to me and guiding me. She really cared about me. I needed something for anxiety but did not want a narcotic and she searched and found something. I have been on it for two weeks and it seems to be working.”

“The lady I always see there is very friendly and caring. I don't know if she is the manager or needs to be. It is rare to see anyone else at the register or working in the store with her so you know she is hard working handling the constant stream of customers in our little town of Jackson, Louisiana, mostly on her own. While she works the register, she greets little old men and others by name enquiring about their family and showing concern for them. She is honestly very well suited to managing the social interactions required in a small community like this. Something I know I couldn't do. I may not be one she calls by name but I am glad to see her when I go and would hate to see the place without her. Even on the end of a long busy day she manages to be friendly with most everyone that comes in”
