“Can't say enough wonderful things about Laketown Village. Cindy was more than accommodating with my pressure of an emergency move in. My first tour of the facility made ME feel I was at home. I only found one minor problem on my initial tour which I felt at ease mentioning to Cindy and every visit to the facility since, I've noticed it's been addressed and fixed. Everyone on the entire staff has been wonderful. They know all residents by name. My parents love the apartment and the therapy they are receiving. They rave about the food and my mother who was not eating prior to moving in now never misses a meal. And they love all the staff. The on site transportation to doctor appointments is wonderful since I live out of state. The courtyard is beautiful. The meals I've had there are high end restaurant quality. Residents are all a pleasure to speak with. Cindy, Charlie and Renee are an asset and without their help, I would have never been able to get my parents moved in. Laketown and Cindy were a Godsend when I was at a loss for what to do for my 85 year old parents who will be celebrating their 65th anniversary and didn't want to live apart. I wish I could give the facility 100 stars. Thank you.”

“From the moment I stepped in to the hotel I was treated with nice greetings from the staff at the front desk, the check-in process was quick and easy, when I got to the room I was in awe of the amount of space the room offered. After a long exhausting day of walking around the French quarter I immediately plopped on the bed so fluffy it was made of marshmallows. The pool was suburb, clean well-tended to, the next morning i was treated to a delicious breakfast by the culinary staff, from the fluffy eggs to the tasty potato wedges to the freshest fruit life has to offer. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone needing a place a stay in New Orleans.”

“Finding the current locations of Labcorp is kind of like playing wack-a-mole in that they seem to disappear then popup elsewhere. This LabCorp is located on the backside of an otherwise non-descript building behind Ochsner Hospital with 3555 Loyola written on the side facing Loyola. You'll see several doors so you'll have to get right up on them to figure out which one has LabCorp on it. The staff is pleasant but if your labs are sent in electronically or faxed, be SURE to call and verify they have them before showing up. Luckily I did because the person at the window at first told me she didn't see orders for bloodwork on file.”
