“From the moment I stepped in to the hotel I was treated with nice greetings from the staff at the front desk, the check-in process was quick and easy, when I got to the room I was in awe of the amount of space the room offered. After a long exhausting day of walking around the French quarter I immediately plopped on the bed so fluffy it was made of marshmallows. The pool was suburb, clean well-tended to, the next morning i was treated to a delicious breakfast by the culinary staff, from the fluffy eggs to the tasty potato wedges to the freshest fruit life has to offer. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone needing a place a stay in New Orleans.”

“So glad this was the tour we picked. Pirate Venture, offering the private tour option, was so much fun. The hubby and I enjoyed Capitan Brent showing us the bayou highlights, we even had the pleasure of meeting his grandfather. From checking the crab pots to seeing many of his "payroll" gators....made for fantastic tour. We did hear some very large gators "communicating" to each other at our first stop, they were grunting up a storm! ( Capt. Brent said that was a rare treat. And to top off our great day, they issued my husband a veterans discount. Be sure to mention that when booking, they love their veterans. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable!”

“We are staying here on Thanksgiving Day 2020 on the way back to Florida. We had been on the road since September 12. They hosted the visitors who were staying for Thanksgiving dinner. They had food, drink, desert and they had movie. It’s very nice of them doing that. They stated that they do them for Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas for the people who are away from the family. They are nice and friendly. We had been to many campgrounds and RV Parks cross the country from Florida to Massachusetts then to California, then back to Florida, the laundry room here is the nicest so far. They have TV there and very clean. They have a pool. Nice site and clean. Tx so much for your hospitality!Bless your hearts!”

We were taken to the back promptly for our appointment. Covid 19 precautions were in full effect. The WHOLE staff was knowledgeable, amazing, and friendly. “This is my first EVER experiencing a Hampton Inn that did not rate 5 stars! As I am a Hilton Honors members, I've always expected...and experienced ONLY the best from the Hilton brand! This hotel in Matteson, IL did NOT measure up to my expectations at all! The Front Desk agent was the beginning problem ...the room itself was the OTHER problem!Oh well, I guess 1 bad out of 10 isn't too bad! I certainly will not consider staying at this hotel again if I ever need a room in that area. Sorry. This was NOT the HILTON standard.”

“This facility is the perfect place for cancer patients who need a place to recover. There is a huge kitchen for self-preparation of food (you only need to buy/bring your own groceries), laundry facilities and each room has 2 queen beds and large bathroom with walk-in shower. The facility is near hospitals and food markets. The personnel were always polite and helpful. Very clean.”

They have new furniture & it's super clean -- not at all like you'd expect, so don't judge a book by its cover. 10 out of 10 would go there again, for sure!!”

“I highly recommend Hassel's RV and trailer Park for either a short camping or long stay. We stayed there for 5 months, since Dec. 2019 and just left over a week ago.. when my hubby's job finished. We had a very nice, enjoyable stay there , people are friendly and Ms. Irene (Park manager) and Mr. andy are awesome couple. They are very nice and very kind and will help you out anyway they can. She will help you set your camper out night or day and make sure you're set and comfortable. The Park is clean, got full hookup and Laundry which is a plus coz you don't have to go to a laundromat and save time and money. We will definitely stay there again in the future when my hubby got another job close by to that area.”
