The front office - Maxine - was kind, knowledgeable, professional which enhanced our overall experience. Robby and Dave in service know their stuff!! We did not have any interaction with David, the owner, but his staff provided more than expected with the utmost kindness and respect to my older father whom purchased the cart. We all know that older folks are not always treated this way. They stood behind their product and no doubt will continue to provide excellent service. I would highly recommend this business!
