I’ve been a customer of climate control storage for around 2 years and he has always helped me every step of the way and constantly is looking for ways to help me out rather it be with payments or just generally being a good guy! “I felt like the price was pretty reasonable even though paying for anyone 13-17 as an adult is kind of bugged out. The rides definitely need to be expanded and updated as do the enclosures of several animals. The animals looked well taken care of and seemed happy but like they could use more space. My kids especially loved the otter who was super interactive with them, the pygmy hippo which we didn't know they had and baby monkeys. There was a cheetah paired with a dog and their story was looped on a video. The big cats were pacing a lot so I'm not sure if they were aggravated or something. I think it was really cool how you could feed a bunch of animals including parakeets in a big enclosure. The staff we interacted with was very kind and helpful. Another thing we thought was interesting were several animals paired up instead of being alone. My kids liked the idea that they would not be lonely and it felt like this would be more natural to them.”
