“We’ve been renting a unit here for about 8 months, and have no complaints. The office workers are always really nice, and everything is kept super clean. They have carts set up at every entrance to help with heavy things. Having a double layer of security (you need a code to get in the gate, and the doors) makes me feel safer for both my things and myself when we’re there after dark.”

“I cant speak for others but I had a great experience here. I arrived Sunday night at 9pm..They have truck parking. My appointment was for today which is Monday at 12. Once you park you check in with the guard. I recieved a call around 7am with a door assignment. I was on the door around 7:30am and unloaded around 9:30. Guards and the guy at receiving were all very nice! Awesome place!”

To me it was a complicated move with a lot of stuff and gym equipment which required special handling. From the start when Adam, the owner, came to give us a quote, he was so incredibly compassionate and patient with my father who has Alzheimers. He took such great care of years of stain glass he created, which could never be replaced. The price was fair and his team worked 2 solid days non-stop to get the move completed. Every guy working on the crew was respectful, helpful and kind, especially when my father stopped them to tell a story about a particular item. Adam even drove 30 mins back to my father's house to grab 2 plants left behind. That is service that cares.
