Taylor (owner) called me in regard to my less than favorable experience with his business. While my interactions (or rather lack of interaction) with the initial individual I was working with were disappointing, Taylor was very nice and wanted to make sure my needs were met so I am changing my recommendation to a positive one. The actions of one are not a reflection of the entire business. The fact that the owner took responsibility for someone who represents his company says a lot about the kind of person he is even if it the action itself wasn’t his fault. That’s how you do business. Will recommend to others. ***This is the original review: Still waiting on the dude who gave me the estimate on my fence install and came to my house a month ago to get a deposit for the service to call me back. Also waiting for an estimate to enclose the back of my carport. I understand that things are a bit wonky right now, but calling your customers back that gave you over $1000 as a down payment to get services done is expected. Period. Especially after you send them a text telling them you will call them later in the day then don’t. Would give zero stars if that was an option.”

“We had an electrical emergency and I called around to a few places who didn’t seem concerned about us but Christian and Tim dropped what they were doing and came to our house in less than an hour from when I called. They were both very friendly, honest and up front with what was going on. We unfortunately had to have our outside meter pan and our inside breaker panel completely rebuilt and replaced but they got it all done the same day. They were very professional and did an amazing job. A previous electrician quoted me $6k just to rebuild the inside breaker panel but they didn’t charge anywhere near that so their prices are fair and I appreciate them not trying to rip us off. We will unfortunately be without power for at least 2 days but they even asked if we needed to borrow a generator. To me that is above and beyond great customer service and I truly appreciate that. It was a joy having them work on our stuff and they will definitely be our first call any time we need something in the future. Christian also told me they work on HVAC & are networked with other contractors for other home needs such as fencing work, etc. Anytime I need something done for the house we will absolutely call them first.”

“Super friendly people and absolutely delicious food! They made my wedding cake and it was fantastic. We also had their lemon blueberry cupcakes (my favorite) and chantilly cupcakes at our reception because they are so delicious. They also have red velvet cakes (great for Valentine's Day) and campfire pies that are some of my favorites, too. Caution though: don't walk into the bakery thinking you aren't buying anything because it smells amazing in there!”
