“Went on a late Tuesday morning, it was empty 😁. We got spend a good amount of time absorbing the work. So much art to take in, I could've spent all day in each room. The building itself is exquisite and gorgeous. The top floor is my favorite, if you see nothing else, go to the top floor. Overall, I have a wonderful experience.”

“Not a bad experience. I saw a young alligator sunning on a log. There is much wildlife including a whole lot of turtles. My only issue is that I wish there would be a better effort to pick the trash up. The water seemed very cluttered with it.”

“When the wind blows you can sit under these branches and hear a symphony playing above you. Its another of the more unknown spots in the city. What it is most of all is something different right at Big Lake and off the path to the museum of art. Worth a visit if you're out that way,”

“Wow! What a hidden gem within the botanical garden. Although it's not the biggest Japanese garden I've seen from my travels, the details within this tea garden (roji) was absolutely perfect. From the choice of plants to the placement of the decorations, every little detail was thought out and executed perfectly. Despite its petite size, the garden has a small and simple tea house (chashitsu) that perfectly overlooks the garden. Kudos to the Japanese Garden Society of New Orleans for doing such a good job in collaboration with the City of Matsue, Japan. This is a must see location when visiting the botanical garden.”

“Beautiful. People are every where. Having fun on bikes. Having fun on floating birds. Going to a garden. Going to the amusement park. Going to play baseball. They have a lot of things that you can do. And when you are hungry they have Cafe De Monde. Might be spelling that wrong bad. But this place is delicious trust me. Have fun and enjoy yourself. I will always remember coming here.”

“Despite the summer heat, this was such a cool experience! We brought our four kids (ages 7, 9, 14, and 16) and they really enjoyed it- BUT, next time we will leave them at home for a more romantic trip, haha! Robert was wonderful, full of interesting conversation and great with the kids. I recommend this unique treat to anyone.”

“First time visit was a welcome surprise. Just stopped in after a 7 mile power walk with Sis and encouragement from sidewalk representative. BTW, try the mango popsicle????????. We sampled the crispy brussel spouts & sweet potato tots. Very delicious. Lots of healthy, as well as decadent menu selections. First time venturing out to dine since Phase 2 reopening. We were the only guest yet the dining area is large and can probably accommodate social distancing. Felt safe throughout transaction. Staff welcoming and very friendly. We will definitely revisit again and sample more goodies.❤⚜????????”

“This is like dog paradise. There are mud puddles, a dog playground, dog splash pools and water sprays, and so many other dogs to play with. There are a ton of poop cleanup stations with bags and trash cans, and there is a restroom for humans as well. There is also a separate fenced area for small dogs if you have a small dog that is not comfortable with big dogs. All dogs have to be current on vaccines to be allowed in, and aggressive dogs have their membership revoked, so your dog is safe playing here.”
