“We had a fabulous time at the Royal palms motel. I am a motel girlie and this stay was perfect. I felt safe and the room / bathroom was clean. The staff was very nice. Loved chatting with them. Location was also nice. Bed was comfy. Will be back!!!!”

“The owner was very nice and helpful with information and places to visit. He even brought his bird out for our son to see. Very basic spot with concrete and rocks...no grass. Laundry area was basic and worked well. Secure with a drive through gate. Rating 4 star due to the friendly owner and price.”

“Really clean and inviting little park that's just a short drive into the french quarter. manager was super nice and helpful, and even gave us a list of places to visit and the best place to park in the french quarter. Will come back here next time we visit New Orleans.”

“This was a great place to lay our head after spending the day in New Orleans. Large, private shower room and a safe environment to dock for a night or two. Kids loved the life-sized chess set and walking distance to the New Orleans public transportation system.”
