“My experience with Kelly Personal Training has been exceptional. Their workout is designed to build muscle mass and core strength. You only go once a week for 30 min to work with a trainer who assists you in your workout. The sessions are vigorous, deep and totally effective. Its a safe space where I feel fully supported. I love that they don't have any mirrors in the room as it helps me to relax into how my body is feeling. After a few months of consistent training my body feels amazing. My core is super strong and the aches I used to get in my joints and back are gone. My trainer (Virginia) is super professional and really does a great job getting me to work at my limit.
