I HIGHLY recommend the business Flawless Custom Detail and Tint!! Heidi and her team are nothing but professional, highly detail oriented, and very knowledgeable with the services they offer. My husband and I wanted to get both of our vehicle spoofed up a bit . We both have older luxury cars . Mine being a black Mercedes GLC 300 SUV and my husband has a an Audi A6 black sedan . We started off my getting my SUV in. The communication between Heidi and I went very well and she was very prompt . She explained everything in extreme detail , was very patient with me, and didn’t “hard” sell me anything I didn’t need. She also kept me informed, with pics the entire process!! I was very pleased on how knowledgeable she was about the methods and products she uses. She is certified in everything she does. Which is nice knowing that she is very educated on what she is doing to your car !! I was a bit worried at first that my car wouldn’t be able to be restored as well since it IS black. Black shows all the swirls and imperfections and trust me , I had A LOT. Heidi proved me wrong!!! I ended up getting my car detailed inside and out and ceramic coated . It took her several days but MY GOSH!!!! When I went to pick up my car, it looked practically BRAND NEW!! I was so pleased with her work. My husband was also VERY impressed and is in the midst of getting his Audi done as well!!!! If you want your car looking like you just practically bought it , trust me RUN to this place !! It’s so hard to find legitimate hard working people these days to trust with your car. My husband and I both found Heidi very impressive. She knows her stuff !!!! “Pretty straight forward. I arrived there, drove up on the scale, recorded my weight, and proceeded to the area where they wanted me to dump the scrap metals I was hauling. Once the trailer was empty, I returned to the scale and recorded my new weight. An employee came to me with a printed ticket showing both weights - before and after. I then drove off and returned to work.”

“We just moved to the northshore. I always brought my car to the dealer for maintenance, but with the traffic over here, I wanted to find a smaller shop nearby. This place is amazing. It doesnt feel anything like a mechanic shop. Between the excellent customer service and the atmosphere, it felt more like waiting for my spa appointment. Never in my life have I had service techs with such exceptional customer service skills. As for the service performed, also excellent. They took my car back as soon as I arrived and were done in no time. My tires were actually rotated, which, believe it or not, has been a problem many times in the past. The tire rotation and basic mechanical inspection were included free of charge with the oil change. Since my vehicle is now out of warranty and we are suddenly putting a lot of miles on it, I am thrilled I found this locally owned and operated small business I can support and trust with our only vehicle.”

“I have been going to Tire World for close to 10 years now and fully trust them to work on my car and not take advantage of me as a customer. I've had times where they have recommended a less expensive repair than what I was planning on or cheaper tires than what I was looking at. They really work hard to keep your business, not just make a quick dollar. They do get busy, so you will need to drop your car off even for an oil change, but I find it is still worth it. I wish more businesses operated they way they do.”
