“Nick was my tech for today's job. I had a short somewhere in my house that caused an outage. First, he called me early asking if I minded him being early to the job. I of course wanted to get it resolved asap so I thought that was perfect. He spent overall about an hour at my house and quickly diagnosed the issue and explained it in great detail so that I could understand. After the time he spent with me the job itself was far less than competitors in the area for a simple visit so I was incredibly pleased.
