I wasn't sure about it at first without looking at any reviews or anything. I must say I was very impressed how professional and curtious they are. I was leaving the truck and I don't like depending on anyone to give me a ride but they had the rental company dialed for me within a matter of minutes. “I had a wonderful experience and I’m extremely critical of others customer service because I am one who does my best to offer excellent customer service. I went into this shop and was greeted by two friendly men. They showed me what they had available immediately and what could be ordered. I gave them an honest assessment of my situation and the kind of service that I needed. I bought a used car that had rims on it already. They were cracked and they assessed them for my safety and listened to my safety concerns being that I do not wish to keep having issues with rubberband tires and cracked spokes. I was given a fair price for both all (4) tires and (4) rims and chose a set that’s they already had available because I needed my vehicle pronto. I took 24/48hrs to research the rims I’d be buying and the costs of stock rims and it proved their honesty and integrity. I’m a strong believer in “Truth, but verify.” It’s an amazing feeling when you realize you can trust individuals and their company for you and your family’s safety for your family/work vehicle. When I went to pick up my vehicle; I was surprised to see that my expectations were exceeded and every concern that I voiced was now no longer a concern. Concerns were fixed that I wasn’t expecting to be fixed. They’re truly professionals in their line of work. I definitely recommend them. Honest salesmen. “So I was at Sam’s club last month to replace 3 worn out tires but end up getting 4 All terrain Good Year tires since Sam’s gave me a deal worth $120 off with 5 year/ 60,000 miles warranty and 24/7 road side assistance for $950 bucks. I checked with Costco and local auto shops and this was the best deal and no one even came close. I went to Sam’s at the last minute without any appointment but early in the morning when they opened up and the guys there, accommodated me. It took couple of hours but I was able to do my groceries while they replaced all 4 tires. The staff was professional and courteous and I would recommend everyone to go to Sam’s for there tire needs for peace of mind.”

I pulled in to the plaza just as we were getting “seek shelter” warnings for a tornado. They were very anxious to close their hurricane doors (I think that’s what it’s called) but actually waited the extra moments for me to retrieve my terrified cat hiding under. my seat. Thank you so much for your kindness and empathy. Your store is also very interesting and I regret not spending more time there to look around but I had to settle my cat back in to the car once the storm passed. I hope others will in my stead”
