“Okay so this place is like a straight hole in the wall type place right? However, they have very good Fried Chicken and potentially the best Shrimp Boudain i've ever had. The Boudin was incredible. Nice snap on the outside and the inside was so creamy and flavorful. Anytime i'm in this area again I will absolutely be back in to visit the sweet old lady making all of this fantastic food.”

“This is a fantastic barbecue joint. You are not gonna find anything better on the North Shore. I went to get ribs and they were out, which, if you know anything about barbecue is a good thing. That means that they are smoking up the ribs and then selling out that day, which means you’re not getting leftovers or old stuff from the previous day. Any BBQ enthusiast will tell you that if you go to a barbecue place late in the day and they’ve sold out of a main dish, it’s probably a really good barbecue joint. This is the case at the Pyre. Since they were out of ribs, I got the pulled pork and I must say it was absolutely great. (I have had their ribs in the past and they are also delicious). Their sides are exceptional. The place is clean. It’s a fun place to hang out at, with a nice bar and a super friendly staff. Great food and a great atmosphere, you can’t really ask for much more than that, but the Pyre gives more by flying both the American flag and a Marine Corps flag out front. So great food, great atmosphere, and they are patriotic, I wish I could give them six stars.”

“We found this place on a drive and really loved it. First off they are dog friendly. It seemed like a local place that was on the water and very laid back. We didn't eat but it looked like the portions were huge and everyone was enjoying the food. They had music we liked, so we sat on the docks with a drink listening to the music. The people were so friendly to us and our dog Max, as it looked like most people knew each other. We even met someone from around were we lived. We also watched the boats go by. We would definately go back again, we loved it.”

“I have been going to Ed Drivon for over 20 years. My family has used him for even longer. He's a good and reliable mechanic and most importantly, he's honest. I recommend Ed to anyone. I read the other review on here and disagree with those comments. I've used Ed multiple times with multiple cars and never had any problems. I have been able to bring my car within a day or two of calling every time but once when Ed was going out of town. His is a one man shop so you don't get instant gratification but the value of the honest work is worth it to me. Highly recommend Drivon's.”
